imovie and moving pictures in timeline

HI everyone: I'm new to imovie. I succesfully loaded pictures into imovie and they are loaded on to the timeline but I'm having trouble moving the pictures around to the order I'd like then to be in. I'm sure it's something simple.
Can anyone help me?
