Im publishing Projects made in iMovie to a website. However, I wish to make the files small and compatible. I dont care all that much about quality, but it needs to look decent.

Can someone suggest a good format and encoding?

can anyone help?

please?

Personally, I would encode the stuff no smaller than 640x480. I'd probably use MPEG-4 for a balance between compatibility and quality ... although a large percentage of people have Quicktime loaded (for iPods).

I'd go for a bit rate of about 500 mpbs.
