iMovie date and time stamping

I hope someone can help me.

I'm slowly mastering the MacBook Pro. It's my first and I don't think I would buy anything else in the future.

QUESTION:
I use iMovie to edit video. I am comfortable using this program. Once I have completed editing I insert the date and time tile.

Is it possible to change something so the time actually shows Hour:Minute:Seconds instead of just the Hour:Minute

Unfortunately, the newest version of iMovie (10.0.9) does not allow it.
