iMovie Expert Needed - Orange Handish Icon?

Hi,

I am trying to make an iMovie (obviously) and whilst in the middle of editing, one of new clips has a "orange handish icon" appearing in a corner. What does this mean/how can I fix it? Thanks for your help!
