iMovie exports

Hello,

When exporting an edit from iMovie 11 the resulting film has a static effect on it – small rectangles fizzing all over the screen.

The finished edit within iMovie plays just fine.

I have exported films successfully in the past using exactly the same set up.

I'm on iMovie version 9.0.8.

Any help appreciated.

iMovie exports

Thanks for the rapid response.

I've tried exporting in 'QuickTime' and 'Export Movie' in default settings. Both get the same result.

It's odd, because I've previously had no problems with exporting edits using these exact same settings.

This afternoon I edited and exported the same film on my MacBook Pro (using iMovie 11 v9.0.2. on defauslt settings) and the results were perfect.
