Hello,

I think I know the answer, but paranoid me just wants to make sure before I go deleting a bunch of event files. I'm moving my library from one Mac with an older version of iMovie, to a new one with iMovie 10. I copied the entire "iMovie Events" folder from my old Mac to the Movies directory on my new Mac, then imported everything in that folder. I also deleted the UpdatedToImovie10 file in the same folder, restarted iMovie, and clicked "Update Projects and Events". I can see all of the events when I use iMovie, and things appear to be good.

If I understand correctly, iMovie 10 stores everything inside the one "iMovie Library" file now instead of separate folders. Is this right? Can I delete the iMovie Events folders if I see everything I expect inside the iMovie Library file (right-click finder, click "Show Package Contents")? What about the "iMovie Projects" and "iMovie Camera Archives" folders, can those be deleted too? I could use the extra space if I don't need to keep these anymore.

Thanks!
