I have just filmed 12 interviews for an HR project for my organization. I noticed after reviewing the first couple of videos that the video camera likes to refocus when there is movement in the shot - window blinds, computer screen saver etc. I eventually was able to weed out these problems by trial and error learning (like turning OFF computer screens, that should have been obvious from the start lol). My problem now is, I cannot reshoot these interviews! So am I able to fix the blurring that is happening in any way??

No, you cannot fix anything that is out of focus. You have to reshoot or live with it.

but not really. once you've shot it, u've shot it.:( a nice skill to have is the ability to use the manual focus.;):D

im sorry about that tho. video troubles are no fun.:(

ah, as i feared! thank you two for the replies, even though it confirmed the worst :p
