I have done several iMovie projects and I generally use the standard 4:3 aspect ratio. I just finished a project that plays and looks fine on my computer but after burning the DVD and playing it on a standard TV (4:3) some of the edges and title edges get cut off?? This will be played for a large audience using a projector and a screen. Is there anyway to remedy this easily? The project is over 19 minutes long with a lot of editing and time is of the essence so I cant "redo" it. I tried to export it as a DV file and reimport it to another iMovie project set at 16:9 but I havent had a chance to burn this to see if that worked.

Any thoughts or suggestions??

Thank you

If you go to Share>>Quicktime>>Then select Expert, you can choose the format, then choose Options, and edit the W x H aspect ratio. Standard TVs I believe aren't actually 640x480, but just off from that. Drop down the list, and look for a 7xx X 5xx...this should be the size of a standard 4:3 TV set.

Hope that helps,

Brian
