iMovie HD slow motion problems

I have a problem with the slow-motion effect in iMovie HD. Whenever I make a clip slow-motion, and it gets done loading, it just dissappears, or becomes black. Is this a normal problem, and what should I do?

I use iMovie HD 6.0.4
 
no one knows? I keep trying, but the clip keeps disappearing...
 
Did you ever solve this problem?

I'd love to hear the solution if you found one....
