iMovie HD is a downgrade from v7. Until recently, Apple allowed iMovie HD as a free download. The link might still be active, if you can find the link. It's posted in a thread here somewhere.

The link is gone, Apple has removed it. Any remaining links to iMovie HD are illegal, since they are distributing copyrighted software.
