hi all..

i want to edit a video in imovie, which i have done before...

however what i would like to do, is place an image, say of a face, over a face in the video...

so basicaly, put a jpg of a face over the top of the actual face in the video.

i want to put a jpg of a face ive cut out in photoshop over del boy & rodneys face, and maybe replace there acting name so where it comes up david jason, somehow delete that and type over it with a different name.
 
iMovie isn't powerful enough to do what you're asking. Final Cut would be a solution. The only thing I can see, is having to edit every frame of video in Photoshop and then drag those edited jpgs into your iMovie project.

+1 for this solution. Final Cut looks like your best option.
