iMovie help?

When I insert a picture in one of my videos in iMovie 09, it fades smaller. How to I turn this off?

select the image so that its highlighted in yellow, then click the settings symbol and select cropping kenburns and rotation option then in the video viewer on the right select fit to just keep it still, (kenburns is when it moves the image in or out )
