Can I add a title to the middle of clip without splitting the clip and sticking it between the two sections? When I do it that way, the audio for some reason goes down just for the section that the title includes, and then gets loud again after the title goes away.

What if you tried extracting the audio from the video clip and putting it on one of the external audio tracks? Then you can split the video clip without it directly affecting the audio.

Thank you, I will try that. I have been adjusting the audio up to try and compensate, but it doesn't sound just right.
