iMovie - How do I combine a text and photo clip in a project?

I have added a new project to iMovie. I then added a text clip and a photo clip to this project. How do I combine these two clips to see the text over the photo that I added? I'm real new and I would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

Select the picture to put in the project section, and then click text button, Select the text mask, drag it on the top of the picture in the project section. And then you can type the text in the preview window.
Done.
