iMovie (iLife 2004 edition) question/problem...

Greetings all,

I have an iMac G5 running @ 1.6 Ghz w/ 512 mb ram. I am running into a little problem in iMovie. I was editting a movie last night in it, and when I would apply effects like "Earthquake" or "Soften",etc instead of the effect being applied I would get a blank screen and not see anything at all but a white blank screen. Does anyone have any tips? Also are there any good iMovie websites for free effects, etc? thanks..

I've never seen that behavior with iMovie.

You might want to go post this over at the Apple iMovie discussion. Go to http://discussions.info.apple.com/ and enter the iMovie group.

O just go to Google and enter "imovie plugin" each of the big vendors have a few free effets. There is even a free bluescreen effect.
