I've been trying to import some .mov files into my iMovie clip pane and they'll load all the way up, and then it'll give me an error message and the clips won't import. I'm wondering if this is because they are to big or what. So far the only solution I've found is to force quit right before the import ends so that the stray clips will be added when I reopen. The files are about 17MB. Is that a problem? Can someone please tell me why I am getting this error? And what I can do to fix it?
Thanks,
Kiss

Importing 17MB shouldn't be a problem. What's the error message? iMovie can import most mov files. Perhaps this free app will assist the conversion? iSquint

I have iSquint. The error message is "File could not be imported: -47" Do you know what this means?
