I've used iMovie in the past and never had this problem. I'm trying to import some video i've recorded, and no matter what preferences I have set, I can't get it to import the whole thing through. Rather, it "thinks" that every bit of video is a 1.18 second clip, and imports 1.18 seconds worth of video, then autostops. Essentially, I would have to click import hundreds of times while sitting aruound monitoring the program, which I can't imagine is what the designers of iMovie had in mind. Does anyone know how I can get the program to just import all the video in one shot without it stopping every 1.18 seconds?

Thanks

What version of iMovie? What is your file type of your movie that you're importing?

iMovie Not importing

It's iMovie 3.03. I run OS X 10.3.9. The file is DVideo from a mini dvideo cassete playing off of a cannon digital camcorder.
