Canon ZR960 (miniDV) not recongized by latest generation Mac Mini (running iLife/iMovie 09). Genius, Apple support, Canon unable to help. Tried on multiple Macs, multiple firewire cables. Camera is not recognized with firewire 400 cable either. The camera DOES display the DV-IN message. Appreciate any help--thanks! (Yes, tried the camera in PLAY mode as well as CAMERA. Have also run all Apple trouble shooting options several times (including while on the line with Apple support. Note that my other camcorder is not recognized by iMovie either...) I bought this camera 'cause it was on the Apple store site!
