Hi Everyone!
I'm noticing that in iMovie HD, when I click on a clip in the timeline and attempt to apply an effect such as Letterbox or Soft Focus, it shows me the red line moving across the clip to show it's processing...but then the effect that results is not at all the effect I intended. It will apply something completely different than what I selected.
Notably, it works properly when I apply the effect to the first clip or two. But afterwards, it does not work at all when I try to apply an effect to a third or fourth clip in the timeline. Sometimes, the footage will play black after the effect is "applied" and the viewer will be completely black but you can hear the film playing...you just can't see anything.
Does anyone know if this is some sort of glitch in iMovie?? It has been doing this for a REALLY long time and it's starting to become extremely frustrating. I'm working on an iMac and my iMovie HD version is 6.0.3
Any help you can offer would really save me right now. Thanks in advance...
Sincerely,
Bunny
