IMovie NOT Working Like It Used To?

Hi Guys

I recently came into some probs with IMovie

After importing videos, I can't cut and paste them from library into project editor

I used to have NO issues with this and I've tried restarting MAC, tried new project, new event, etc and NO luck

Any idea what to do?

I checked if software update is needed and it says all good
