Yo, I jus got done with a 2 minute video I made using IMovie and was wondering:

(1) How can I save the video in IMovie so it takes up less space? <Right now it's taking up 2 gigs which is unacceptable>
(2) What would be the best way to get it into video form cause I wanna post it to YouTube? I tried Quicktime but the quality is a bit lacking...

Thanks in advance !!

You're on the right track by exporting it in quicktime format.

When you select Share>>Quicktime, in the window that opens, there is a drop-down box, select Expert, then you can set the aspect ratio, Audio bit rate, etc. manually.

It will reduce the size of the file, but allow you to more closely keep the quality level you want.

Best,

Brian
