iMovie Restore?

I had to do a restore on my iPad, and now when I open the iMovie app it does not load/restore the movies I have saved in the iMovie cloud, my 2 Apple TV boxes show the movies, so I know they are there but the app will not show me a way to download them. Any help please?
 
To clarify, My saved iMove Theater items that made over the last 2 years show on my Apple TV but after I had to do a restore on my iPhone and iPad, they do not show on those 2 devices now. I know there has to be a way to sync it back with the cloud so I can see the video's on all devices right?
