iMovie Sound Effects

I have iMovie '08 but I downloaded iMovie HD... Problem is that when I look for iLife '08 sound effects from iMovie HD, it doesn't show up. Does any one know how I can use those effects in iMovie HD?

Since iMovie '08 is missing a lot of features yet it has a nice soundtrack to it.
