iMovie Sound Problem

I'm having a problem with the sound on exported movies from iMovie 3.0.3. Between sound tracks, I edited the volume to fade in and out. However, when I export the movie to quicktime or .m2v for DVD Studio Pro, these fades are gone and the tracks simply end. I've tried exporting in different sizes, but still have the problem.
