iMovie stitch videos together

Hi all...

How do you stitch/join movies in iMovie?


These are not just two clips i can just "join" Their part of a TV show i have in mp4..

I have in total 8 segments of TV shows (about 30 mins each) and after the credits end, the new one begins. I would like to stitch all the endings/credits of one / and the beginnings of the others, together in one video file using iMovie.

Can this be done ?

Import your clips into iMovie. In the Event Library, click on a clip, drag the yellow box to include the bit that you want and then drag into a Project. Repeat for each clip.

Can this be done ?

Quite easy! Just import into iMovie and trim the parts off you don't need. I do this all the time with FCP X and prior to using FCP X I used iMovie to do something like this because I had several DVD rips of movies that were in 10 minute parts :O
