iMovie Theater share to other iCloud users?

The new iMovie theater seems quite exciting!

iMovie uploads movies from your several devices to the Cloud and we can see them all on any of them, including Apple TV.

Does anyone know if I can share my iMovie iCloud to anyone else as a link on an email? Or, even better, can we collaborate on editing a Movie using iCloud?
