iMovie to iDVD

I can't seem to get any audio to play in my movies when I burn to disc or make an ISO. My movie plays perfectly in iMovie and also when I open it in iDVD to add a theme. When I play the ISO or burned DVD the audio plays from the menus but not for the movie.

I have iMovie 6.0.3 and iDVD 6.0.4
and I just upgraded to Leopard

MBP C2D 2.16

any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

I'm having the same problem, although I have not upgraded my OS (I don't think, or have I? what is Leopard? my OS is 10.4.11). I am googling all over seeing that lots of people have had this problem. Did you ever find a solution?

Are these files mp3's or AAC files?
try converting your music to 48KHz PCM audio before importing.
The resulting files will be large, but that's what iDVD is going to convert them to anyway. ( it does not support MPEG2 audio )

oh, wait a second... you're saying the audio you have on your actual clips is not working? Weird.

When you imported the clips, what was the original source? Was it a camera or a file? If a file, what kind of file?
