iMovie Trailer templates; are they copyrighted?

I need some advise:

I posted following video on YouTube,

and YouTube is showing me this:

Your video may include the following copyrighted content:

"Promo Miss Cognati vs G-dubb Chellios", audiovisual content administered by:
Dance all Day

I assumed that Apple would not include any third party (or even their own copyrighted material) copyrighted material for the creation of these iMovie trailers, but I do not know where to get advise from or what to do.

Any ideas????

Yes, I did not change the sound track, I just left the sound as it is on the iMovie 11 template.

You are free to use that iMovie stuff however you wish, but after a while it will get stale

It is automatically flagged by Youtube using their scanning algorithms. I have three videos flagged using iMovie trailers. I challenged it by linking it to Apples legal section of their website and Terms of service for its iLife software that includes iMovie

You may use the Apple and third party audio content contained in or otherwise included with the Apple software on a royalty free basis to create your own original soundtracks for your video and audio projects.

When I linked that and included the above wording, Youtube accepted it and took out the copyright thingy and everything was good.

For me it was quick, like the same or next day.

I finally got cleared, but it took 4-5 days!!!

Seems that everything is automated these days.....

I also had similar problems with a mute video.....go figure....

Might be their computerized system being stupid!
