iMovie update

So since the iMovie update yesterday, iMovie is off the charts on CPU usage. I started it up today to do some video bloggin and it went to like 110% usage while recording and 88% just idle, both cores. This cuz's lots of issue of course with heat, which then makes the fans go crazy which means sounds ends up sucking if using the internal mic on the MBP. Beyond that, I'm just wondering why the heck it's over using both CPU's.

Anyone else having this issue?
