iMovie Video & Photo Booth Video Capture Same Quality?

I'm wondering what is the best way to capture video from my iSight on my Macbook?

Photo Booth's video capture or iMovie? Or another program I may not know?

The best? & how good? How to make it better? etc?

I just want to capture the best quality my Macbook's iSight can capture.
