Hi, wondering whether anyone can help me here. I'm going to have some digital footage that I can put onto iMovie, but I would like to use it in a powerpoint presentation that will in the end be shown on a windows 98 laptop. Is there any way of doing this? Otherwise I'm going to have to do it on my work pc's disastrous excuse of a movie program. I don't have any specifically-bought movie software, i'm using an iMac that i bought 3 months ago.

export as a quicktime movie. you can then just drag and drop into a ppt on your mac or on your pc.
I would reccomend you do all the work on a mac and then export as a powerpoint show. This is the best option.
If you only have a pc you will probably need to get the movie into a MPEG format so that it can be read easier by the windows equivilent of quicktime (i think its called windows media crasher)

Thanks: I'll try that :)

You may want to transfer the .mov (or whatever it is) with the powerpoint file, I've had a few problems with pictures.
