iMovie09..."out of date!" icon

After sending, (saving.) my project footage to iTunes this morning, I opened the same iMovie project this evening, and found the "out of date!" icon on two of my recorded project tracks...why?

Thanks. I really don't ever recall making any changes on the iMovie, but thanks for the information; I'll try again.
