iMovieHD Plugin Not Showing Up

I have a Mac mini running OS X 10.6.4. I installed the "Turn Clip" plugin for iMovieHD, which rotates a video clip 90 degrees, etc. I have iMovie version 6.0.3. The .bundle file is in a cf/x folder in the Plugins folder for iMovie on my hard drive. The plugin effect doesn't show up in my Video FX options.

Am I doing something wrong?

New mac user.
