iMovies Low Quality

Hi there,
When I save a movie in iMovies and upload to YouTube the quality is pretty poor. (see here http://www.youtube.com/user/jahbuzzz ) Anyone know how I can solve this?

What version of iMovie? What size is the source material (picture)?

I suspect you are exporting at a very small size and data rate. Your options for exporting depends on the version of iMovie. The picture you are using should be at least the size of the video you intend to export.
