Impending student discount

I bought my macbook almost 4 years ago now on a student discount and am looking to upgrade to a macbook pro when it comes around again this year. Does anyone know roughly when they'll start it up and what the deal may be like (Based on last year's). Thanks!

Student discount runs all year, if you mean the free ipod 'back to school' deal, depends on the hemisphere.
