In the Apple video setting up your weight and height shows imperial measurements but when I set up Apple Watch I had to input metric measurements. How do switch from metric to imperial measurements on Apple Watch?
When I take a walk my Apple Watch measures the distance walked in feet initially then in miles. There seems to be a discrepancy between units of measure when I am asked to input my height in centimetres and weight in kilograms. I imagine this is down to being resident in the UK where we have European measurements forced upon us.
Is there any way to change the units of measurement on Apple Watch? Health allows me to choose between centimetres and inches for height and between kilograms, pounds and stones for weight.
