Import aim users from address book to ichat

so until recently i had aol's my eAddress screen names for AIM, and since that is now discontiued, i had to get a new name. all my contacts are saved in my address book in os x, but i cant figure out how to get them back into ichat/aim again. i really dont want to have to go though and manulay add all my contacts again.:eek:
