import / download problem, itunes 7.5 & leopard

Hey, didnt realise i had this problem until i was trying to convert an audio file to aac, and then downloading from itunes store, neither working, nothing happens when i import or drag a file on itunes and store download is giving me err -43, anyone had this? i have deleted all prefs plists and re installed, i have also updated leopard, any guesses?

I don't get the error code but I can import nothing into iTunes. I've recorded some AIFF files and no matter what I try nothing works.
