We had some media b-roll shot for my company and the production company gave us a DVD with the footage. Is there any way to rip the DVD into iMovie for some quick easy editing for a video podcast or am I going to have to use Final Cut?

Thanks.

handbrake or d-vision which both can be found at www.macupdate.com will do a fine job for you

but to import a DVD feature into iMovie will take some time - depending on what mac you have all night or maybe all day :)

Download Handbrake, its a great ripper, or u can buy toast titanium to burn it back
just google ripping dvd's with handbrake and a webpage will come up with all the setting's u need to set.
