Import Entourage contacts?

My friend's iBook G3 now has a new hard drive, with Tiger on the way. So far, so good. Question is this: Will it be possible to import her Entourage contacts to Mail? She backed everything up the day before I replaced the hard drive, and they are saved as a text file. Will Mail (or Address Book, or another app) be able to import them?

Address Book should be able to do it for you. Address Book handles all the contact information for Mail.
