Import from Opera

Hello

I am using Opera for eMails on my Windows Computer. My new iBook will arrive in a few days and I wonder how to import all my eMails from Opera to Apple Mail.
Can anyone help me??

i have exported my opera mails to the .mbs format.
how can i import them to apple mail?
