Import into iTunes

Have reinstalled operating software and back up my iTUNE library to an external drive.

I can copy it all back into the new iTUNES folder but how do I now link the iTUNES programme to the tracks I have copied back from my extermal hardrive.

OR DO I JUST PLUG MY IPOD INTO THE COMPUTER and SYNC THAT!?!?

holding down the "option" key when launching iTunes allows you to select which library to use. choose the one that you copied back to your internal drive. iTunes will look for and sync with that one on start-up from now on
