Import iTunes Playlists from PC?

Hey all :)

My parents have just got a 17" Intel iMac to replace their very old PC. Most stuff is fine, just a simple question here.

I imported all the music from the My Music folder in My Documents on Windows, and added it to iTunes.. but I have no playlists. Is there a way to retrieve the playlists from the old PC, and port them over to the Mac iTunes?
