Import .mpg and .modd into iMovie.

I have both and .mpg file, and .modd file (Which contains the audio.) How on earth do I import these both into iMovie? I've tried converting but it doesn't work. I'm at wits end here. Any tips/help please?

MPEG Streamclip fixed the problem.
