I like to keep one master list of contacts - this resides on my company's Exchange server. It syncs to my iPhone great. However, in the past I would just export it periodically (as a .pst) and then import it into Outlook on my personal computer. I might do this once a month to keep my personal computer contacts up to date. I never make changes on my home computer or my iPhone - only changes get made to the master list on Exchange.

Will it be easy enough to import my contact list into OSX address book? How does it handle duplicates? In Outlook, I would just delete all contacts before importing the latest list.
