My problem is this. I store all my photos on a removable drive hooked up to the usb input on my airport extreme base. The base itself is hooked up direct to my intel imac via ethernet cable. When I go to import my 6000 + digital photos into iPhoto it will import one picture then I get a pop up saying " Connection Failed: The server may not exist or it is not operational at this time. Check the server name or IP address and your network connection and try again." If I hit OK to this error message it will import the next picture then give me the same error message again. It would take forever to import my library if I had to OK each picture. This never happened prior to my leopard upgrade. I can leave the error message open and browse to my picture folder in the finder with no problem so the connection is not actually dropped. I also have no drop out issues with my internet, network etc. So I'm guessing that its just a iPhoto problem. Any suggestions?
