import pst in Outlook 2011 for Mac

Hi.
I've tried more times to import a big pst file (from Outlook 2007) to a new configured Outlook 2011 for Mac. Even if I let all items in Inbox, even if I organize them before in folders, after import (who give no errors or warnings) there are still missing a lot of emails... about 30% withot any rule, any sense...
Do you know something about this issue? Is it Outlook 2011 so special that he choose what items take or not?!

I've imported multiple largish pst files to Outlook 2011 with no issues at all.

But what do you suggest to be more careful about?
What step from the import procedure (because there are not many at all) should create this kind of problem?

It likely has nothing to do with importing the file; it's probably something to do with how it's created or the missing e-mails themselves.
