Import QuickTime to Final Cut Express

I'm new to Final Cut Express. I'm trying to combine a vector-based animation to a video. I export my animation to a Quicktime movie from Flash and import it into FCE. It's so weird that my Quicktime movie clip is only at 10fps and part of the animation is missing. But when I play the clip in Quicktime, it is playing in the right speed (24 or 30fps).

Does anyone know what is wrong and how can I fix it?

I really need help on this. I tried many things but the problem is still not fixed.
