Important backup of text messages

Hello. I am in a very sticky situation that involves the law and how much/often i can see my daughter. I have a number of text messages that are on my Nokia E65 that i need to back up on my computer. I need to know that there is zero risk of losing these messages as they can determine very important arguments in court. please help me asap.

Speak with your phone provider. They might be able to get you a copy in another format just in case. There's no "zero risk" ever when it comes to technology.
