My 1995 Honda Civic's battery finally gave in... -15 weather and a 12 year old battery don't mix.

I'm charging the battery with... a battery charger. For cars. I don't know what else to say. It's automatic.

It gives the choice of 2A or 10A... which should I choose? It's on 10 right now.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

figured it out!

10A is the full charging setting, while 2A is a trickle charge for seasonal storage of batteries.

Thanks :) Please delete this now.

it might just be time to replace you battery. It already 3 times older than the general recommended life of a battery.
